How I work

Price the creator before you ship the sample.

1

Price on views, not followers

Every creator gets a projected CPM from their real average views before anything ships. Under $10 book it, $10–25 negotiate, over $25 pass.

2

Short brief, high bar

One clear ask and full creative freedom, so it sounds like the creator, not an ad. And I send it back if it's not their best work.

3

Measure what sells

Codes, links or a post-purchase survey. Cut what doesn't work fast, re-book the creators who sell, and build long-term partners.

About

Creator programmes run like a media buyer would.

I'm Mary, based in Shenzhen. For years I've run creator and affiliate programmes for DTC brands, many of them Chinese brands selling to the US and Europe: programmes spending about $60K a month, 300+ creators, around 535 creator conversations a month.

I price every creator on views before anything ships, keep briefs short and the quality bar high, and measure what actually sells. That includes categories where ads are blocked, so creators had to carry the brand.
